『戦隊大失格 19』は、人類の守護者・竜神戦隊ドラゴンキーパーと、世界征服を狙う怪人との死闘が描かれる作品。しかし、この戦いは実はやらせの茶番劇だった。怪人たちは他の星から来た侵略者で、わずか1年で人類を屈服させ、道化のように敗北を演じ続ける。そんな状況に耐えかねたグリーンが、イエローと騎偉寿を人質に取り、超スーパー日曜決戦の開催を宣言。かつての仲間である翡翠や薄久保にも容赦ない攻撃を加え、過去に討伐された幹部怪人らも復活させる。これに応じて、大戦隊と新戦隊も動き出し、本気の戦いが幕を開ける。これまでの茶番は終わり――真の戦いがここから始まる！

『戦隊大失格 19』features the battle between the human guardians, Dragon Keeper, and the evil forces aiming to conquer the world. However, this fight is actually a staged performance. The invaders from another planet have already subdued humanity in just one year, forcing the characters to perform their defeat as clowns. Unable to endure this situation, Green takes Yellow and Kegishu hostage and declares the ‘Super Sunday Battle’. He attacks former allies like Suisho and Fukuboshi, and revives former defeated villains. In response, the Dragon Keeper and the new team prepare for the real battle. The stage is set for a serious showdown, ending the farce once and for all.
