The fifth volume of ‘This is a Story About a Peacock’ humorously explores why ‘masculinity’ is important in a gender-free society through a biological perspective. After being dumped by his girlfriend for being ‘unmanly,’ teacher Kusagi Kikurō meets Aga, a model and influencer who is also the head of the biology club. She proposes to become the club’s advisor and explains the importance of ‘masculinity’ using the peacock’s feathers as an example.
