『DEAR BOYS ACT4 20』is a manga that follows the story of the renowned Shonan Dai Shimo High School basketball team, known as the number one in Kanagawa Prefecture. After losing to their arch-rival, Mizuho High School, in the Kanagawa Prefectural Preliminary Tournament, the team, now led by captain Furihata, sets off toward the national stage with new members. When the starting point guard, Yanagimoto, is injured, the team decides on a two-man system with second-year青山 and first-year柏木. Additionally, first-year森 is also selected as a team member. In the Kanagawa Prefectural Preliminary Tournament, Shonan Dai Shimo advances smoothly to the final league, where they face Mizuho again. Despite losing to Mizuho, they defeat Yokohama Gakuen and qualify for the national tournament. At the National Tournament in Okinawa, they defeat the local team, Kadena Nishi High School, with a strong defense and a powerful offense. The story continues with the upcoming match against Meiwakadai Hitachi High School, led by ace player Yuki.
